Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot, You can enrol via : online registration, personally in-store, or you can call us at 416-463-1162 with a credit card number. All class fees are subject to HST.
We keep our class sizes small to ensure each student gets personalized attention. For this reason we require students to register for our classes in advance with payment. We have a class minimum of 3 students for any session to run, so it may be fun to sign up with a friend or two! Please note that our classes are geared towards adults. We do not currently offer group instruction for students under the age of 16. (Students 8 - 15 years old, are welcome to book in to Private or Semi-Private Lessons. See our Classes Page, or give us a call for availability.)
We ask that Class Materials be purchased at our shop, Please come early if you need to buy materials, or wind yarn, so we can be sure to start class on time.
We know that life happens. If you can't make a class that you have signed up for then give us a call or email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a solution. The following policies will be applied:
If we cancel for any reason:
We will, of course, refund your class fees via the method it was paid if you come in, in person. Or we will apply a credit to your shop account if you would prefer, for use to make any other purchases in-shop.
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of the class date:
We will credit your shop account for 100% of the class fee, for use to make any other purchases in-shop. No refunds apply.
If you cancel between 4 and 6 days in advance of the class date:
We will credit your shop account for 50% of the class fee, for use to make any other purchases in-shop. No refunds apply. The only exception to this will be if we can fill your space from a wait list, in which we case we will credit your shop account for the full class fee and contact you to let you know that you have a shop credit available. You are welcome to send a friend to take your space.
If you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the class date:
No refund or credit will apply, as our instructor time has already been confirmed and committed. The only exception to this will be if we can fill your space from a wait list, in which we case we will credit your shop account for the full class fee and contact you to let you know that you have a shop credit available. You are welcome to send a friend to take your space.
We cannot guarantee Make-Up Classes, but you may request to be added to the wait list of the next session of the same class if one is scheduled at the time of cancellation. (note not all classes repeat regularly). We will only be able to offer you a make-up space in the class if it does not fill completely. We will contact you 48 hours in advance of the class if there is an opportunity for you to join. (You are welcome to check in with us too! )
Sometimes schedules can be tricky. We are happy to teach you pretty much anything you want to learn and help you with your projects! We offer Private Instruction by advance appointment only. Please be sure to let us know what you would like help with, when you call to register, so we can be our best prepared to help!
