Yoga for Knitters
Join us for a rejuvinating and mindful practice aimed to focus on keeping our hands and bodies stitching away happily.
This will be a nice 45 minute session of gentle yoga specifically designed to support joint and gland health and to start off our Sunday morning feeling great. No need to worry if you’re not Gumby (physically flexible), this class is accessible to all.
Skills required: None at all!
What to bring: Nothing at all! Please come wearing loose and comfortable clothing... There will be no need for mats, everything will be done standing or seated with use of a chair.
