    Happy Summer! We are gearing up for a busy fall! Yarns are soon to be rolling in and we need to make some space! Plus we are, once again, heading into Year End inventory counting time, and we are, again, looking around the shop with a little trepidation thinking " that's a lot of yarn" so we thought we would once again, run our...

Reminder we are available for free help sessions Sundays – July 30, August 6, 13, 20, 27, and September 3 – from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Each of these sunday afternoons we are available to answer questions, and cheer you on!

August 6th - we will be talking about Speacial shaping considerations

August 13th - we will be talking about blocking your pieces an seams

August 27th - We will be talking about Seaming again, as well as tidy picking up of stitches




    Save the Date ... September 23rd

    Laura, the design genius behing the fabulous JUL Designs collection of closures and Shawl Pins will be in Toronto on September 23rd and will join us at the shop with a Trunk show of her fabulous designs and closures as well as a demonstration on styling your accessories and garments with her pieces of art to make a statement.

    Laura has a real mix of wonderful pieces... Some are a bit edgy, some are all romantic elegance, but all the pieces are gorgeous, versatile, well constructed and thoughtfully crafted. Full details will be in the September newsletter!


We each have been enjoying our summer with vacation time and much knitterly inspiration. We hope your summer adventures have been great and productive!
