Sign up for a customer account with us and you are automatiaclly enrolled in our Purly Points Program at The Purple Purl. Not only will we be able to keep track of your purcahses (in case you forget what needles you bought last time, or which yarn you picked up 3 months ago) you will also collect points on all your fibre related purchases to redeem for credit at our "purl" of a shop!

     

    We are Upgrading our POS...

    We are upgrading our Point of Sale System after nearly 10 years!  While we have always just relied on the good old phone number to be different for every person (mostly),  apparently we need to keep up with the times and collect email addresses to make everything work.


    In the process of this much needed change over we need to change how our Points Program runs... but we think you are gonna love the new perks! We have partnered with the lovely folks at Perkville to make this a great and easy transition.  Not to worry, your current Purly Points will move over and we are about to tell you how.  


    In order to move your points seamlessly to our new system we are asking everyone who comes in to update their customer information with us to be sure we have your correct email addresses with us. But we know not everyone will be able to make it in over the next few weeks so, especially you lovely people who are from out of town, so …

    Our Purly Points Program is getting a little spruced up...

    We are so happy to be announcing exciting changes to our Purly Points Program! A few things are changing that will make it easy for you to keep track of your points and decide how and when you want to redeem them!

    If we already have your email address associated with your in-store customer file: You will receive an email this coming week from us and through the awesome people at Perkville with an invite to join the program and to claim your existing Purly Points value! Not only that we are also giving you 20 FREE POINTS just for re-signing our program! If we don't have your email address, please be sure to get in touch!

    Once you are all signed up, every time you make a purchase with us, you will get an update on how many points you earned so you can see how close you are to earning your Purly perks! We love flexibility that this new platform will give us... it will make it so easy for us to have fun with stuff like double the points events, or to give you bonus points for stuff. Keep an eye out for fun promotions to rack up you points faster!

    And the best news...

    We now have the flexibility to offer you tiered points redemption!!!  
    Starting September 8th, 2017:  you can now redeem points as follows:


    250 points = $10 off
    500 points = $30 off ( that’s an extra $5.00 )

    Be sure to watch for your INVITE to receive 20 FREE PURLY POINTS, to claim your existing points and to start earning faster!

 

Fine Print:

Purly Points Members must pay all applicable taxes on the full purchase price prior to the application of the discount reward. So that means when you redeem your points the pre-tax purchase amount must be equal to or greater than $voucher amount.

Points may redeemed on regularly priced merchandise only. Sorry, we do not permit the redeeming of points on top of sale prices!

*Purly Points are awarded based on net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax purchases. And Purly Points are not awarded on cafe items, gift certificates, delivery/shipping charges, account payments or charitable donations.

Purly Points will be cleared from customer accounts that are inactive for 25 consecutive months. We reserve the right to change, cancel or discontinue the terms of this program at any time.

You automatically collect 1 Purly Point for almost every $1 you spend*

Get 1 point when you spend $1.
Get 10 points when you spend $10.
Get 50 points when you spend $50.
Get 100 points when you spend $100.
etc...

For every $500 you will receive $25 of credit which amounts to a 5% more stash! Points are redeemable in multiples of 500 only.
